Make Nightmare Map can only be rolled by chaos orb

Settler League inflation rate is all GGG need to know on how only allowing chaos orb to re-roll T17 map mods, contribute massively in keeping inflation rate in check.

Ok, but you do realize that there are different perspectives and people complain anyway? There were plenty of threads of players not satisfied with the fact that you cannot scour your t17s even though you have to do one to get a map device slot. Now you need to do all 5 to get all passives. If they would revert that change and you can not scour t17s next league there would be an outrage...(btw, i don't see why everybody is like "no more t17s"...most players need to do 5 times as much t17s as they did before)

I palyed sanctum league and it was ok, 300 chaos vs 1 divine not a problem we all survived that. At some point it was probably even more. No big deal. Sell stuff for exalted orbs or whatever. People don#t trade in their inventory window anymore for currency anyway, but we will see what's up next league.

I'd much prefer if T17/nightmare would be gone for good and give back uberboss keystone on atlas tree, it was so much superior imo

Doesn't matter for me personally if you can run them white or not, they're just annoying gatekeeper for uber farming
This patch is a step forward tho i appreciate that
