Add Lily Roth to every city even starting zone

This was hinted at in the Ziz interview and would be an AWESOME change and probably insanely easy to do.

Parsing out skill and support gems does not make POE1 easier for new players. Especially when the build guide they are using for a "league starter" includes gems or supports they do not have access to.

Simple example: faster attacks is not available to With or Templar and they typically use shield charge which is generally supported by Act 1 Faster attacks except they don't have that. And you just made attack only attack wands too.

Makes no sense.

I see build for Kinetic Fussilade for duelist but they don't have access to the gem.

Restricing gems is silly.

Just putting Lily everywhere is a simple and easy band aid that almost every POE player would love.

Then for 3.29 you could repupose Siosa to something much more interesting. Like maybe a transfigured gem or something like that.

But adding Lily would just be a win for all. As another option for those that complete the game just make Lily available in the hideout from Level 1

Please. I hate having to mule for a league starter.
