New map system: what will happen with t14 and t15 Guardian and Blighted Maps?

Voidstones now upgrade the minimum Map Tier of Maps within that specific Atlas Quadrant to 16, cause Maps in that Quadrant to drop one Tier higher, and convert Tier 15 and lower maps found to Gold.

Please, before the league started, make sure that this works correctly with Guardians (Shaper, Elder, Conqueror) and Blighted/Ravaged maps.
Will they all be t16? Will they be affect by t14-15 culling at all? These maps are important even at tiers lower than 16 and new voidstones might work as a downgrade to farming these. I don't think it's the intension they were built with

Guardian maps always roll as T16.

T14 / T15 shaper, elder or conq maps no longer exist.

Idk about blight ravaged maps. For those tier didn't matter anyway because monster level was 85. It was functionally a tier 18 map.

Elder Guardian, Shaper Guardian and Conqueror Maps always generate on Tier 16 Maps. As a result, Divination Cards for these items no longer explicitly state the Map Tier.
Blessed Orbs are now able to reroll the specific Conqueror inhabiting Conqueror Maps, or the specific Elder Guardian inhabiting Elder Guardian Maps. This change does not affect pre-existing Conqueror Maps or Elder Guardian Maps.
