Idea: Exiles apprentice themselves to a master for a league and learn a pantheon/bandit-style skill

It's like bandits v2.0, but maybe these could be more interesting/build defining.
For example, there could be different masters that, if chosen, require different criteria. If the criteria are satisfied, the bonus the exile gets is upgraded. This is kinda like bandit + pantheon. A few ideas: - a master of physical magic, who teaches the exile to cast all physical spells from a target location in a random direction, instead of from the caster's location; maybe as this upgrades, the targeting becomes less random. - a master of martial strikes, who teaches the exile how to dash towards their target when using any strike skills; maybe as this upgrades, the dash becomes faster or longer range - a master of totems, who teaches the exile how to cast one larger totem instead of many smaller ones, where the size and power of the large totem are scaled by the number of maximum totems you can cast; as this upgrades, the large totem scales better, and becomes larger - a master of unarmed strikes, who teaches the exile how to use their hands as a specific weapon type to satisfy skill requirements; as this upgrades, they gain access to more weapons, or to use their hands as 1h, or dual wielding etc. etc. i'm sure you get the idea at this point Last bumped on Mar 3, 2026, 1:18:55 PM

this i have been asking for since hallow palm we SHOULD have a monk archetype that starts out as a monk and does not use weapons and simples scales something else like dex both for theme and gameplay variety Remove (One attempt only mechanics) in this game full of lag spikes, one shots and random disconnects.
