Detonate dead and support spectres

The desecrate and spectre bank make it really problematic to use support spectres. Unequipping the raise spectre gem is currently the only way to stop spectres from the spectre bank spawning and using support spectre makes desecrate and dd painful. A good solution to this would be for desecrate to not spawn spectre bank if raise spectre is not added to the hotkey skill bar
