Could you please add a download speed limiter to the stand alone client updater. POE1 and 2

Hi GGG,

Could you please add a download speed limiter to the stand alone client updater? Now its utilising 100% of avalible bandwith when you download patches.

This affects TV, streaming and you are kinda forced to not use your internet during the download time.

To download 50gb at 100mbit (which i have) will accordingly to google, take about 1 hour and 13 minutes to 1 hour 20 minutes.

Yes, i know there is some sort of QoS in routers, but I have a old router and do not know how to limit just the POE downloader.

I hope you will consider this QoL, since your patches as of latly are 40+gb on both POE1 and POE2.
