Question about extra content and if it will be expanded upon (sentinel, affliction etc)

Hi GGG and poe community,
question about Extra content that generates in high tier mapping, would it be possible to expand that on the atlas passive tree, to either bias towards specific ones (favorite league was sentinel).

and are there plans to add more Extra content to the game?
