mining & smelting speed

Hi,

with the change to shipments now favouring mining and smelting, are you happy with the current throughput they receive?

I spent 2 hours farming some ore's today, and it estimates all work will be completed in 22 days, 9 hours and 55 minutes.

That's pretty slow progress for 2 hours farming..
Seems a long time to wait for any rewards.

Can we increase the speed these guys mine & smelt bars?
