Bring Couch-Coop to PoE1

I enjoy the couch-coop in PoE2 a lot.

Maybe not as much as my wife, but GGG
implementing it in PoE2 is one of the most epic moves I've seen.

I think it's amazingly implemented already and I really like the new implementation if gamepad controls, as well. PoE1 gamepad is little bit clunky.

Bringing this to PoE1 would probably upset sooome people, but at least I'd be happy about it.Yeah, and my wife of course.
