Awaken Cast on Crit

Please add back an exeptional version of cast on crit with cooldown recovery.

You guys said there will not be any large endgame changes however Awaken Cast on Crit with the cooldown recovery was very very important for many builds.

Totally agree: this is a big one because of the distance between the breakpoints. I'm hoping they either introduce new sources of cdr, or tweak the numerical values of the original CoCS.
