How to turn off race chat notes on start of league?

Here am i, trying 30 mins to connect to sh&t amazon or what else servers in my not very friendly to free internet country, which dissconect me every 20s, finally get throuth 100k queue and reading these things: i didn't care for past years about it too spicy- it was just annoying, especially void notes- i think that valdo maps is de&&erate content which expose how balance is broken in this games and ggg killed even lot of mid builds for me, but now it just cause anger in me - dnd don't help, it show up every 3-5 seconds and take a lot of space in chat.
Ggg i don't care about race to grind top for rmt stuff or show how cool am i to get top tier stuff by killing my brains without proper sleep, i just want to play on trade league.
