1.3.0 Patch Notes
On my facebreaker cyclone the change was:
@lvl 83 1.6aps -> 1.7aps 10k ar -> 12k ar ( 245% and i use a quiver instead of shield hype ) 15k dps -> 19k dps 5.7k hp -> 5.3k hp ( i have 190% hp ) Nothing special but does the spin to win part fairly decent. i just saw the new passive tree lol, its really awfull, horrible changes, i need like 8 extra points to have the nerfed version of my old build lol

I'm done trying to get my build up and running again.
I won't even apply my passive points - there's simply no point in that. And to add something maybe constructive: Why can't we just keep the old skill tree - like legacy items?! Why don't you give us at least some more resets than just one you can't use anyway!? Oh and here's what my target is: lvl89 1h sword Duelist, ~4.50k life, ~10k physical cyclone damage, 78% block, 100% hit chance (no crits) with my current gear. If you can't do it, you fucked the build up - and I'd say that character was hardly OP. Time for me to go into exile. Cya - but only if my main character works again - I don't want to play or try out other characters as of now anymore. |

Anyone know what happened to the Mental Fortitude node.
It used to be far West of Scion, between Combat Stamina and Barbarism off a strength line It was 1) 5% reduced mana cost of skills 2) 5% reduced mana cost of skills 3) 10% reduced mana cost of skills enemies cannot leech mana from you I didn't see any info about this in the patch notes TIA! And I agree with part of the previous post...the Reset Skills button should work once AFTER you try out the new tree. Would it ruin the game for people to try out the new tree, see if stuff worked or was broken, and then get a free chance to re-roll. As it is now, you don't know if your current items would support your play style in new tree, until you allocate the points. I'm all for Orb penalty of re-rolling character...but in the case where GGG is doing the massive change, seems like a REAL one-off passive reset would make people much happier! I dont know if anyone else has noticed yet but the tree calc thats been out for a week or so now is not accurate to what just got released... i accuallly got a little buff to HP and damage! (minus the crit multi of course) I knew the nerfs wasnt going to be as bad as everyone was raising hell about! LOL

Cyclone damage buff is very very bad compared to the speed nerf!
not locking on target means you have to spin back and forth a lot more and in a more wider area making it easier to get hit a lot more! my aps went from 3.6aps -> 2.6aps!! My dps went from 19kDPS -> 19k!! didn't gain anything except i lost my APS! Cyclone of all the skills is nerfed!! like we don't suffer from the insane desync, lets nerf it! |

Since they Nerfed Arctic Armour why didnt they do it fairly? They decreased the damage reduction but kept the Mana drain. Seems like we are paying someone to rob peter to pay paul when peter happens to be us. Not good.

am i the only one to not notice major changes?
my two handed hammer duelist was buffed from 15k to 20k heavy strike damage. he lost 10% resistances and 10% armor but in the end he was buffed nonetheless my archer stayed pretty much the same, 26k ice arrow before 26k ice arrow after. changes were inferior to 5% damage or 5% defense my dual wield sword duelist stayed pretty much the same except for life and resistances which increased significantly. dual strike damage is still around 10k my level 40 marauder received a life and damage boost of around 20% Status: Not Mad I expected a much worse carnage on my characters. |
