1.3.0 Patch Notes

My main _was_ a spell/block capped one handed axe, that was neutered with the axe changes from last patch after I spent a mirror buying an axe. This patch comes around and not only takes out his spell/block, but also his EVASION?

Sorry fellas, I won't be logging in for another few months. Get your shit together. Theirs a difference between "challenging" and "throwing years of progress on your character away", try to aim for something between those two definitions.

That one off free respec isn't doing shit for me, this is a heavily itemized game where the character is defined by the choices in equipment. You nerf something to the ground, no amount of skill points can make his old armor set work.

Ok I realize I'm posting this on page one hundred-and-infinity and no one will read this ever, but YOU ALL HAVE TO STOP BEING TOTAL BITCHES ABOUT THIS! GGG gave perfect explanation as to why they had to nerf all this stuff, with the constant adding of new skills, powerful uniques, mods, and feature (like master crafting for god fucking sakes!) the game slowly gets easier and easier, if they don't nerf stuff sometimes the game will become a joke. And i know for one thing I don't want that. I wish you would all stop complaining. it seams that even if there isn't any nerfs in a patch, you all complain a ton too, it's like that's all the comment section is for. GGG has birthed this amazing-as-fuck game and all you guys ever do is complain. It pisses me off and for once the community should be happy about a patch, just once! I guarantee the designers worked incredibly hard on making the changes needed and they get no fucking respect.

GGG if you happen to wonder to page one hundred-and-infinity and read this then I just want to say that I appreciate all the hard ass work you do on this game and don't pay attention to all the douche bags who insult you whenever they can. Thank you.

Block scrubs had this coming, I just didn't think GGG would actually go there. It doesn't seem my "faceroll 78's without uber gear" melee build has been destroyed, so that's good.

So much QQ everywhere. You people are pathetic. Look how quickly you all bad mouth and turn against GGG because of some nerfs. They provide you with a 1000's of hours of entertainment for free and you all immediately go from "loyallovegggtheresoawesome fanboys" to "worst company ever gg blizzard 2.0.
This game needed these nerfs. It was way to easy no matter what character you played. Pretty much 90% of builds could do endgame content. But people seem to think that if they cant facetank/1shot/insta win 78 maps in 5 minutes then their build is shit.
And you all cry " Thanks for ruining my 78% block cyclone marauder, now I cant facetank/1 shot the final boss anymore. Sounds like all you whiny scumbags wanted was a 1 click all build insta win button/skill/item. All these changes where needed imo. But nevertheless continue crying because perish the thought you might actually have to use skill now.

I don't care about the nerfs but I am disappointed to see that there is still no reason to play melee over ranged. Ranged is faster, safer, and generally more powerful.

This game doesn't require skill, just knowledge to make a build that destroys everything. that's it.

Yeah maybe there were some OP builds based on block but to nerf them u low their dps not their block chance.
I was playing a woe build 75% block and about 40k dps and i insure you i couldnt farm atziri (normal of course) or clean high lvl maps (75+).
Sure i would like to get a mirrored dagger and deliver pain but since i cant farm 200 ex and the ammount of ex i have dropped the past year i play poe is not more than 20 ex the woe build was working fine for farming.
And in my opinion there shouldn't be legacies. Game should be fair for all not make rich people even more rich and in conclusion make uniques drop rate more rare but have equal chance to drop any unique so the game would be more competetive.
