Do you really prefer to laugh at him instead of educate him, in all honesty you seem to be trying to educate him and I don't see you laughing at all, I see you pity. Maybe you should educate yourself on the differences there and then maybe your opinion would be valuable on why you think it was an "obviously needed" nerf. Again, like everyone else who defends nerfs like this; you have no comparative judgement at all.

Bow builds can't achieve the defense that a shield build could, you don't take that into consideration, you just throw around "OP" like it means something, but you never explain why they're OP, you're just at a loss of thought obviously, huh? More adjective convincing, "more OP than god"

Stop talking about what melee is limited, to, the strongest defensive builds in the game are melee builds. Just because you suck dick at theorycrafting a melee build that isn't fucking garbage that doesn't mean melee is limited. Fuck that, let's talk about that dual-strike Herald of Ash overkill prolif build, Blink Arrow Mirror Arrow Minion instability will never reach that amount of damage, so take off YOUR rose colored glasses and get the fuck off that cross.

Next up should be your words, there's entirely too many of them coming from you and none of them are saying a damn thing.

(your argument is already defeated) However, Blink Arrow /IS/ a movement ability, if I were to be as complacent about this as you are and debate this with you on your level even after you've obviously been shown up factually then I'd have to say this;
NONE OF THE OTHER MOVEMENT ABILITIES HAVE A COOLDOWN! Are you incapable of seeing such an obvious comparison...?

You're the one who needs to just shut up, those people have reasonable gripes, and the devs aren't giving reasonable responses, just adjectives about damage and unclear notions of deeper unsolved problems; even when addressed that those adjectives about the damage are far off nothing has been said.

That a big was mistake. Truly creative builds mechanics that profound knowledge of show game should be nerfed encouraged rather than.

If your around relatives knew you were wonder going and perfectly nerfing fine builds they would wrong where they went.

Well, it's just like any other prolif ignite build only 80% weaker.... with 50% less chance to ignite and the inability to crit or take advantage of any other non-gem damage multipliers such as pain attunement or righteous fire and you also have a 3 second cooldown... but yeah that was already the downside of the gem pre-nerf... it being 80% weaker now just pushes it down further into mediocrity, however it's still fun but definitely not worth the sacrifice of defense in my honest opinion.
