Regarding skill rebalance, now a few skills are rendered completely useless for example additional accuracy, the changes to it would make only sense with a simultaneous reduction of global base accuracy throughout all classes but this is obviously not the case so it's now adly nothing but a placebo skill.
Overall the changed meta and the overall gameplay is obviously more tailored to elite players and no-lifers IMO at the cost of the rest of the playerbase (Normal players and casuals) so i'm affraid there might be a noticeable playerbase exodus since now a lot more people going to experience even more brickwall effects across POE by making the content harder and also a bit more complex, yet i hope i am totally wrong with my assessment. But as for me i can hardly wait to play 2.0 :) - Best Signature Ever -

Btw nice buff to armour and frenzy charge, but how about " The 1.3.0 patch made master levelling too easy.". Really? It would take like eternity for a 100% solo player like me to achieve lvl 8 all masters in new league! |

I'm eager to see the new "difficulty/reward", but I doubt PoE 2.0 will stray away from the usual design. this map changes :) last sezon i quitrage becuse of map drops rate spend all my chaos to get lvl 72 maps to get some exp i guess this will be my last seson on POE :( |
