sorry, how badly you manage the case of an underused because of underpowered skill, im constrained to refuse the later

I know we already have bleed, poison and burning, but when you described the assassin sub class you said noxious strike was about dots on dots on dots. Yet maim only reduces movement speed. For melee chars being a "maim machine" as you put it in the video doesn't mean much.

+1. This skill should have been nerfed ages ago. Instead of applying the nerf hammer 100% to vaal spark they should have given some nerf to Dominating Blow.

Ascendancy is SO FUCKING COOL

However, I am pretty sad to see an item that was in the game for only one league get dumpstered like that, especially one hyped up as the payoff to the Agnerod items. I know the flask might be the most OP item in the history of the game, but shit, with all the OP stuff coming in Ascendancy, couldn't the game have handled one more league of 4-second god mode?
