Chaos damage and why it hurts the game in it's current form.

I personally support the idea of an element that is difficult to resist, provided there is forewarning of its existence. In life we can put fire retardant on our clothing and houses.... we can use coats to keep ourselves warm and use fiber glass to keep our homes warm.... we could even manipulate our environment and materials that make up our homes to deter lightning strikes on our homes. One thing we can't stop though, is a chaotic event like an asteroid coming from the sky and blowing us to oblivion.

In my opinion, the more difficult the game is and the more ways there are to die, the more glorifying it is when you are still standing.

Chaos damage originally was the non-resist-able element, now its just out of place... Probably should segregate it from poison damage too. Get rid of chaos completely? and just have posion?

although i love the added chaos dmg gem

We need more chaos damage lots more.
you really are a moron.

your build may require respec later on and possibly an end game build.

you can do all sorts of glass cannon style once you build the BASE

And currently you can spec fully into HP and defense and just roll through the entire game like you are playing in candyland. And that is any different how?

Have you made a fully defensive character and done this? Can you show me where you've done this? Or are you going off the word of someone else?

Kripp's HC Templar builds. You can see them all on youtube. He specs every node into HP, takes 1 or 2 wand circles and 1 hit kills merciless mobs with a wand.

He also said that this character is high gear-depended. Also 3k hp isn't a tank. It's a dps.
His 6k and 85+ resistances marauder is a tank.

Also i'm trying to help you play the build you want, the build you think can't be playable. But you still avoiding to answer my questions.

No actually, you're the total moron that cant even read where I said I wanted to play a cold specced templar, and also where I said that I am no longer playing that character.

So are you actually telling me that I cant play a cold specced templar because you say so, and that I must swap to a boring HP + Shock build?

Wrong style? So again you ignore that the devs have said you can play with a full damage build if you want to

It's possible to make full damage builds. However it's not possible to do it by just using random skill gems in random combinations and just hunting random +X% damage nodes in the skill tree, you have to put some thought into it which you clearly have not done. You would probably fail to get to end game even if you tried to make a more tanky build.
ahahhahahha

DO YOU EVEN FUCKING SEE THE COLD NODES NEAR???

are you fucking kidding me

what a joke you are

I think:

1) I like cold spells, I want to play a cold caster
2) Templar starts near the highest elemental damage nodes, I'll try that class
3) Normal is fine, everything works
4) Get into cruel, and I cannot beat Hailraike + merveil with 75% cold resistance / flicker mobs / undead rhoas. Why?
