( aka "legacy" item ).

Great. Unfortunately for them - the game is not about them and their little "precious", which never should be coming this far, but it is about trying the newest possibilities.

So get a life, took a deep breath, wait 12 more hours, patch your game, and start thinking. ye thinking - as once before, because this is what PoE is all about - THINKING and TRYING !

If Your brain is already frozen - then I have a bad news for you.

And no. The game wont just disappear because there is 20 peoples which is using same build copy/pasted it from the forum to their inventory. The builds just went from 3000 to 6000 different ( or something ).. Enjoy it! It's PoE, not some crappy version of Diablo where only one build exists, and this is the end of the world if it is nerfed with about 5-10%.

Like i said before, people that have a LIFE only have time to build one good character every couple of patches. We play a little every night to get to our "precious" items that make a good character for us to get on and play maybe an hour here or there and enjoy the game.
In Prophecy, I made 91 lvl Deadeye that was able to run red maps (never tryed core because didn't dropped it, but most of red maps) in ~200h. Don't tell me that you dont have 200h in 3 months (2-2.5h per day)
Sure, maybe you wont make 100lvl full geared Uber Pro Elo Elo character that one-shot every boss in the game, but you have more than enough time to do most of the content.

Melee Splash now only has 35% Less Damage to Other Targets at level 1 (down from 50% Less). It now has 26% less at level 20 (from 31%). This is a buff.

Will impact in the slayer ascendancy still be 50% less?
Never underestimate what the mod community can do for PoE if you sell an offline client.
It would be nice if GGG staff would detail changes and updates to the patch notes in additional posts within the topic as their made while integrating the updates in to the original list in the original post, this way we can clearly identify changes to the notes as their made. It's kind of sneaky how things are changing without it being clear that they've been changed (There's only an indication of the post having been edited, not what specifically was edited).

For example: The Ascendancy changes were all subtly changed since the notes regarding those changes were originally posted.

Originally the Unrelenting node was reduced to 30% chance to grant full endurance charges, now the patch notes say 25% chance.

Shaper of Desolation used to be 13 seconds with all confluxes phase lasting 1 second, now it is 14 seconds with the all confluxes phase lasting 2 seconds.

Who knows what else subtly changed?? Yes I know indicating changes made to a list after a list was made is awkward, simply duplicating the changes to the notes in a new post whenever changes are made is clumsy but it is probably the best way to go about it in order to properly inform those monitoring the patch notes that changes are being made and what things are being changed. (An interface that lets you view a Edit History or some such, like a Wiki would be the most ideal solution)

I will leave it here again, because again I see some bullshits that "to make own build or play on temporary leagues you have to be kid that has 10-15h per day to play".

I played my own build, started from 0, without any basic informations about endgame (back to the game after ~2 years, my previous character was 58lvl). Yet I managed to get to the "end game" in ~200h (now it would be way less because I know much more about this game)
nice, cant wait
No currency or a way to respect Cartographer's Sextant mod?

I'll add my experience as well! I work full-time as a Sr. Software Developer (Definitely not a kid) but I always make a new character for leagues. Typically I can get one or two characters to ~lvl 85 by the end of the league. I play a couple of hours a night, though not every night, and maybe two weekends of marathon sessions at most. And I always try a completely new build every time - Mostly because it's a bummer to try to get "Back to where you were" with the same build from the previous league.

Are there any changes to the passive tree with Atlas of Worlds, in regards to locations of nodes etc didn't see anything in the notes.
