Both Hyped and Depressed about the changes.

Hyped about the Atlas Expansion, hideout changes, and 4 core processing.

But absolutely heart broken over the nerfs to CoC, Juggernaut, EQ, and Blade Vortex. (Not to mention to Voltaxic Rift and Consuming Dark before this.)

It takes a very long time to level up these builds into the 90's and save currency to get really good gear. It really sucks when you save up forever to get the gear for your next build, finally get it, and then wham-gets nerfed.

And with certain nerfs, monsters now have more life. So it's like a double whammy. Instead of one or the other. Why not do small incremental changes?

Also, what does it matter if a couple builds can kill bosses fast? Let us players have fun. It's not like any of them are dropping extremely expensive OP uniques anyway. And if they do, GGG will just nerf them. (Reach of the Council)

There's a reason certain builds become meta---because they work. I would love to have a build for every skill, but the truth is certain skills, no matter what the build, wont get you through end game maps reliably.

I've seen several friends (who have played since Beta) quit because they tired of having their builds nerfed. And I think I'm not far from the same point. Again, it's depressing to save up exalts for months to try that awesome build, only to have it ripped out from under you once you get there. And to those who say you can make an exalt an hour....BULLSHIT!

What exactly do they mean by channel skills? As in incinerate? Not sure what they mean by this.

Incinerate wasn't a channel skill the game engine it self couldn't DO channels. It didn't exist. Skills like this just had hardcoded echo built into them it is why echo didnt effect them.

They dont do incrimental buffs cause they can only buff or nerf when there is no league, also they don't balance around perma leagues want to stop dealing with your builds getting rekted? Play temp leagues.

Does this Frostwall fix apply to characters in the Hall of Grandmasters?

So, another legacy items added. And, to make things worse, you let standard players get unnerfed versions for exactly MINUS two days. Why even hype coming of prophecy to standard when you kill the whole point of playing prophecy in std? You literaly killed any willingness to play it, because only two items I wanted from prophecy were ring and bow. I won't even rescue Navali, may she languish in captivity forever.
You force people to play failed leagues by only selling point of "legacy items"? It would be totally okay if you posted those notes a month later. It's not like you need to nerf of buff items exactly during the start of new league.
Last but not least, you buff some old skills, but not totally forgotten ball lightning? I won't spend any single dime on this game until it's money grabbing philosophy changes.

Killing the Elder or Shaper while following someone's build is like finding a street using google maps - such an achievement!

It is a mechanic change so it should. mechanic changes are how the game it self handles things and does things so when they are changed they are inherently global unless they went back and explicitly made sure the grandmasters retained that old function and i dont see why they would.
