If someone played months to save for that legacy mjolner and payed it a lot and now his item is worth nothing and don't work just because GGG feels like it is pretty good explanation to me.

Being Earthquake always uses reduced duration, it really seems like you over nerfed it. I'm really disappointed, I was planning on doing the lazy pally + 1h earthquake build so I could have one build bring me through all the new content, but with the increase to monster life and the rather extreme tuning of EQ, I am at a loss for a build to play in the new league, which is in two days :(

Static strike is boring as the skill feels like it has no impact when attacking. Reeve, lacerate are basically the same skill. Ice crash'es reduced attack speed (dumb) is annoying, as is anything that reduces movement speed or attack/cast speed (actually those mechanics are simply 'unfun' in any circumstance.

I know new content means more supporter packs released, but GGG really needs to spend time doing QoL improvements, and part of that is coming up with better mechanics then more life, less damage. There are better ways to balance and more enjoyable mechanics.

Maybe your computer to old and can't see numbers after 0.X zeros?
But if chances like a mirror drop, then i also could round it to ZERO!
While i love most of the changes this one need to be removed completely:

Feels like multi level - multiple nerfs. Some of my chars have to retire i guess.
