Then the problem is solved for good. Should be easy considering you already have an ip check you are using.. its just not safe enough

well. i know how it feels to see an empty stash and naked chars onscreen, but, the game is not less fun without these orbs and 6l's.

Just improve your security and start all over again. Nothing more fun than to face the problems u never had before, especially in this game... but, yeah, that might just be my personal(unique??) point of view.

Altough, i agree, GGG needs to improve security Settings. (2step verify, problem solved)

Seeing as how I run malware scans and have secured all my computers (and I only play on this one atm) imagine my surprise when I log in to play and EVERYTHING but one mask was gone. The only reason that wasnt gone was cause of the halo I put on it. Very disapointed I have to start again seeing as how I had uniques and high lvl characters, Guess im deleting and starting again. Oh and changing my email, lets see if that helps.

You'll want to be especially careful with your email security, as that was compromised as well. This either happens because you used because you had poor email password security of some sort or a keylogger got installed on your local computer. If the latter, you need to reinstall the OS image on your local box, and format your drive while you are at it.
