Im using the AG with the setup from the OP with the icetomb body armour.

The problem is, hes dying in boss fights way too much.
Sometimes i notice it straight away, but most of the time he gets nearly oneshotted (mino as expample)

Does someone have a tip, how you can sustain his life even more? Dont use him on hard hitting bosses?
He has around 16k life atm.

He gets boosted by this helmet+gems:

For starters, why you using minion damage instead of minion life? Why do you even need minion damage on AG?
Your AG have much less life than mine, despite the fact that i don't use +2 lvl helm.
Also, can use empower gem to boost lvl even more.
Hey guys, enjoying the build, getting to t15/16 content and finding I'm a bit fragile and so is my zombies/ag. It could be my terrible positioning, I'm bad and getting one shot by guardians. Any pointers would be a great help! Running 4 x SG, seems they don't melt the guardian boss I had a go at Phoenix and died a few times before being able to kill it :( is it better to swap to tv/wm for the high end bosses?

Cheers!

Can really be your positioning, but I'll tell you the truth. I didn't like the SG setup because bosses keep just comming to me and so I just need to keep moving all the time. They can melt bosses too, but is way difficult to gear right. TV are just more reliable to this since they keep facing bosses (while SG keep running at your side) and do the meat shield job.

TV+VM is a viable setup, but you'll find it pretty much slow as you're running SG. What you can do is mix SG+TV (2+2) or 4TV+Golem (both using elder helmet with mods that you can find into this topic + vis mortis). The pretty much difference is the price. TV+golem is way more expensive and add not tha much difference to 2+2. In fact, is a matter of choice and I hate to fill 4 slots with dedicated jewel.

guys so did any1 try the 3 golems and 4 tukohama vanguards vs endgame, shaper, shaper guardians, red elder and his guardians? is it better or at least comparable to the 1 wickerman + 3 tukohamas setup?

im thinking of switching to golems and tukohamas but the price is like 3-4 exaults (jewels+gear change) and would hate to just make a mistake and burn all currency for something that is not better then what I have...

Thx
I recently started this build (only 78) and did red elder with 3 golem + 4 tv setup (+animate guardian).
All the bosses melted rather easily, I just got killed by some bad hits and due to lack of proper flasks (fire guardians burn hurts a lot) or offering.

The red elder was easier than his yellow map guardians.
correct me if Im wrong, but isnt the whole point of burning spectres build in using WM and TV spectres, because they melt bosses and clear maps quite well at the same time and dont need any auras and support, therefore the build can use cheap items and focus on survival and still be soloing high content of the game? I used this build in harbinger and had great fun, was able to reach high level, farm chimera, clear t16 with crazy mods deathless /just killed bosses with golemancer while dead though:)/ with 5 link vis mortis and self found cheap gear, without bothering with zombies and even AG, just bone offering totem and arc-flammability self-cursing. how can U use SG or golems with this skilltree? U need auras, U need special gems, isnt that a different build?
I know TV and WM was nerfed, but now U can use great new helmets, that IMHO are better then 6l vis mortis, I believe that with a little investment, this build can be as good as before. would test it, but cannot find a will to play harder atm:)

actually, you can fit any spectre in this build, all you need to do is change the socket color and AG setup, this build outline what a life-based HC-viable spectre summoner could be done. there's another thread about SG summoner, but SG is not the only spectre it can use either, it just show how fast a spectre build can be, you can use frost sentinel or merveil blessed with similar effect. aura in either build dont play that much a role, essence worm with haste fit in both build, unique gem gain soul eater work on any spectre that can kill, again, either build can get that one jewel.

again what you said isnt wrong, just those builds were never that restrict, very small change you can play like a different character, just keep trying mate.
Just wanted to report the death of all the prime evils without ever transitioning into TVs.

Vaal Temple is hardly worth mentioning.

The Shaper actually managed to kill 3 Solar Guards at the beginning of p3, which ruined the deathless 1st try kill. It was still no problem after raising fresh SGs. If I had expected the danger, Convocation might have saved the guys.

Uber Atziri wasn't beautiful. I don't know if the SGs killed themselves vs the reflect clone or if they just couldn't take her regular stuff for I was too busy dodging that myself. Don't have much experience with that fight, but I'd say this is the fight where you want TVs for their reflect-proof single-target damage that gets you through the split phases as fast as possible. Took the last portal of the second set to kill her.

Elder.. I have credit for red but I'm not sure if it actually was red. The kill was long before my Vis Mortis and the Elder was on a yellow map, only 1 or 2 of his guardians were on red ones. I don't expect much though, SGs are made for this. Just remember to run to Zana before looting ;)

I am wondering if I could incorporate a pseudo 6L single target minion. Most people here try to use TVs for that and supplement them with an AoE solution. I get that this guide is primarily focused on TVs, but I prefer its defensive concept over that of the SG guides. Any ideas? No one has mentioned SRS yet? Do they have useful single target damage? Or would they just die too fast? Maybe put them on a totem with Spell Echo for some extra passive damage?

Also, both Guardian and Zombies seem quite useless vs bosses. So that's what I'd cut.

Melt everything when i switched to 3TV + 4TV/1WM + FG setup. Currently using this helmet for flame golems.

SRS dont really work cause you dont have time to stand still and cast them, a totem will make them basically a 5l without other support, imo it could work with the a build withou need of a shield (so srs could use lycosidae) or use skin of the lord (prefer both). i also plan to test skelli mage with this build, havent figured out all the detail yet, but seems promising.

AG can be really good with TV, shaper done really fast with it, but noticed you really need minion life+lv3 empower+fortfy to make him survive shaper, so whether worth it depends on you.

zombie could be put in CWDT, and with the new blind on attack jewel, them could be interesting to use, who care they die right?
