for the recommended leveling uniques. adding a
might help people be able to start shield charging to proc EE in the earlier levels. cant use wands with shield charge and nycta's requires level 41. where-as The Dark Seer Shadow Scepter only requires 32. |

" Pretty sure minions don't proc EE, otherwise, the combo wouldn't work. Only "you" proc it. I added 6% blind with the new minion gems and it's pretty noticable. I was able to get above 6k using mostly the new gems, and overall, increased my DPS as well, even to a point where Ruthless is now the better option over empower. | |

" Thank you, I'll add this to the Leveling Uniques section. " This one was only recommended as a leveling unique due to the dex/str, which can help keep gems from falling behind. Yes, it would mess up shield charge. You can overwrite it by casting Orb of Storms on bosses/rares that take longer than 4 seconds to kill. Check me out on Twitch! http://www.twitch.tv/brittleknee

" personally I leveled way faster with 2 Poet's pens, and SRS in one and Unearth+Volley/GMP+offering (flesh or spirit) on the other, or skeles instead of GMP/volley etc Spirit offering triggered like this adds a ton of EHP and healing, plus resist and added chaos for your minions and yourself. You can stand and tank all of Kitava's stuff like this Frenzy + faster attacks + added lightning to trigger and proc EE as well. Pretty much face rolled all act bosses and insta phased Brine King and Malachai. What are we thinking are the best gem setups if we don’t have a plus 1? Is it still empower or is ruthless now better?

I use this combo to proc Enfeble or was even trying to use there Orb of Stroms - but it is not activating. Why? Is it because it is in shield? Or anything else has an impact? In Game nick - Amarinho
