[3.6] Zombiemancer - High Survivability - End Game Viable

How did your zombies do during that fight? Did you have to recast them? what was your gem setup for them?
Last time i tried uber atziri, the zombies got nuked by the flameblasts, but that was back in Harbinger i think.

I lost 2 or 3 zombies at trio fight , and 2 zombies on atziri . run was deathless as i told before . i swapted spirit offering with boneoffer on trio . and was going to do the same on atziri but forgot it :D tryin to keep their life up with overflowing chalice and move them away from flameblasts with convocation . also on hard boss fights swapin the minion speed with conc effect ( trio , atziri , shaper , mino etc. )

Im usin necro aegis so with bone offer the minions are near max block . and they're frenzie power charged all the time .

Heres the whole gear with the gems setups

and the flasks i mostly using .

you say to use violent dead jewel north of "devotion" node. but it requires 40 int. to get effect, and there is only strength arround the node.. how does that work ?

or do you only use the jewel for 15% damage ?

There's 40 int around (doesn't need to be allocated, just in range).
ohhhhhh, that is awesome, thanks alot :)

Another question, how do I get 100 mana to summon zombie with 2 auras.. got enlighten lv.3 on haste but still only at 69 mana
To resummon zombies you'll have to turn off an aura temporarily

Im thinking about if it's better to have the Desecrate with a level 1 CWDT in the shield and use the other CWDT at level 2 to keep that whole thing trigger in one instance.
The golem would lose the Empower, but that is probably worth it.
And there would be room for another trigger gem or a self cast one in the 4-link.

At this point I'm starting to question how much the stone golem is worth it. My character is sitting at ~300ES regen at the moment, 108 or so coming from the golem. For a pool of 5.3k ES that sounds rather meh. A lightning golem would be a nice touch, you get lightning damage so you wouldn't need that on a ring anymore and attack speed for the minions so their damage is better (PoB doesn't show that though). And faster Shield charging ofc.

You could get one of "Socketed Gems have 15% reduced Mana Reservation" shields and got more than 200 mana. I tried it and it works like a charm!

Heyho,

Another question about the setup. First of all, I like the New one with two cwdt Setups und that desecrate and spirit offering is cast at one again.

The question would be about the guardian. You mentioned that he is not that important for your dmg (about 30% I guess + a little movement speed) therefor, when we switch him out, we could put golem+spectre+minion life+bm into the Baron.

I would then but cwdt1 + convocation + desecrate + enfeeble in the hands

And the shield would get cwdt2 + spirit offering and then you could add immortal call or if you like to cast something yourself, maybe enduring cry or something like that. (vaal haste maybe? Any better ideas?)

That way we would have a +2 lvl Golem but no guardian. Or is he still worth it?

Another question are the spectres. When I get the chieftains at act 2,arent they just lvl 30-40 or something? How do I get chieftains in the correct lvl? I don't know much about spectres and how to use them to be honest...

Edit: edited some misspelling. Sorry for them, I am writing from my mobile and my dictonary isn't Set for english...

The Stone Golem has the best helmet enchant for this build and is the best golem choice in my opinion.
The lightning golem doesnt add any lightning damage to you or attack speed to your minions, he only adds attack speed for your shield charge, which is nice to have, you can use him if you are fine giving up the life regen for it.

Even if he would only add the movement speed, he would be worth. 10 MS for only one gem slot is super nice to have, and he also adds some damage and you dont ever have to worry about him dying. That one gem slot is too efficient.

I probably should add a better explanation about that to the guide.
You need a Desecrate with high enough level to be able to create corpses that match your current highest map tier. For example Desecrate level 17 can create leve 77 corpses. Then you add the Carnage Chieftain to your Desecrate pool by turning one of them into a spectre in act 2. Then you go into your currently highest level map, use the high level Desecrate in that area until Carnage Chieftain corpses show up. They then have the level of that area.
They scale down but not up, means if you have level 77 spectres and go into a level 42 area zone, they will be level 42. If you have level 77 spectres and go into a level 81 area zone, they will be level 77.

OK, I guess the thing with the guardian is most likly my worries that i'll have to buy These cheap uniques again and again because he will probably die in higher Maps... But you got definetly more experince here, so animated guardian it is ;)

When we use a shaped shield then, we would have one more free slot to use. So we would be able to switch in Golem + empower into the shoes with cwdt2+spirit offering setup. Or would you rather use the Golem without empower and add something else to the cwdt setup? (I Plan to use enfeeble over immortal call in the other cwdt setup because I feel like immortal call would give such short buff and enfeeble would probably help more)

Thank you very much for explaining the spectre thing to me. I am quite a noob here, so that helps a lot really. So I will just lvl a second desecrate in my offhand.

About the raise zombie Gem. Would you rather use a 20/20 one or a 21/0 one? (21/20 is a bit to expensive for me atm)

PS: about the shield. I guess a -10% Manager Reservation would be absolutly enough wouldn't it? As it would lower the cost of both auras and it would still be more than one enlighten Gem
