With the Power Siphon changes do you think it'll be worth using over KB?

Will need to see it in action first and see how it feels like :)

Can someone briefly explain to me the Blood Rage and Immortal Call interaction? Do I manually cast Blood Rage and then if Immortal Call gets triggered by CWDT, Blood Rage gets nullified thus triggering Arakaali? Is that the idea?

That is exactly how it works :D

Gonna go all nonmeta this league. Anything I should know? Is the build still being updated, are there any mandatory changes?

No changes so far, I mean Power Siphon + Malediction as default would be worth testing but honestly it will be hard for it to beat KB, since I'm not the fastest at racing I won't be able to tell early on which one is better but KB is top tier anyway so if you're unsure just go with KB. Siphon might be stronger when levelling but we will see.

I’m still freaked out about leveling this build. It’ll be my first ES character. I don’t care about league firsts or anything; I just hope I’ll be able to do 36/40 challenges like I’ve done for the past three leagues.

Any extra leveling tips? What are people using before KB/Barrage? I know not to go CI until I have my ascendencies and lots of ES. Any other firm pointers?

Yeah, I could probably play a jugg again and farm uber lab, but I don’t care about speed and I like playing one character per league. Anyway, here does nothing.

What am I using before I switch to Wands for Fusillade? A wand and a shield?
