So now life on hit is life leech
*thinks to himself* hmmm... what if it only affected stuns?

To respond to all the CI talk, what if you replace the 4 upcoming ES nodes behind CI by a node that uses the maximum ES for stun calculation (but ES no longer gives you 50% chance to avoid stun, which would be the drawback of this node)

Basically, the idea that was stated many times before, but just for stuns:
Energy Shield is used instead of Life for the purpose of calculating Stuns.


You would still catch on fire, get shocked and get frozen all the time, which keeps a huge drawback to CI, but you can work through this with smart equipement choices (flasks and the unique ring)

...just throwing ideas out there.

Could be called "Unwavering Resolve" or "Unwavering Spirit"...

ci is gimped atm s

its as easy to hit 6k hp as it is to hit 6k es

hp hase bonus
armour ( or evasoin ) or energy shield
stun / elemental elleignment
potions
1000hp chest
posibility to hit 75% chaos risist
more aura,s trough blood magic
easy reasourc manegement trough blood magic

bonus 100% chaos risist ( thats it basicly )

the old way items dident have chaos risist ( every one was 0% chaos risist )
this was what made ci nice )

atm ci has no real benefit over hp
only drawbacks * a lot of them )

so NO a stun is calculated of es instead of hp would not fix it all
c/i needs 2 eather reduced crit damge taken ( or reflect x damge wen hit ) or every 1000 es is ( 5% psycal reductoin ) or somting to even come close to hp.s benefits )

There are now four Energy Shield passives behind Chaos Inoculation. There are three 8% additional Energy Shield nodes and a new notable (Infused Shield), which adds a 20% multiplicative Energy Shield bonus.

Is this going to become routine? Only seeing new MTX revolving around the new skill released every week? Thats pretty lame really. Not a single armor effect, yet 10+ weapon effects.

Also, more content added, old content unbalanced... sigh.

Time to revisit some old games, let POE do its thing for awhile i suppose.

GGG - Why you no?
again nothing to improve the massive desync problem this game suffers from, something that has been a problem for a year and still nothing to improve it as far as i can see. And the cyclone skill users will be suffering from it.

Good job GGG, adding more desync triggering skills without fixing something that is breaking the game, adding more content is never good unless you fix the major issues the game suffers from.
most desync problems is caused by mobs and players pathing and colisions with objects, cyclone ignores colisions with mobs, so i think that cyclone wont make it worse, it can even lessen the problem with it for it users.

Wondering if this means it will increase from its current base life gained or is the life gained going to be reduced to compensate for the increase from damage. If that makes sense.
