same by me like sn3kox. I don't have a clue how to reach max block for attack and spells. attack is 38%, spell damage is 26%. Sure, I am missing the 12& spell block on shield. But how to reach both 75%? My profile is public, my char is mk_betamorph in standard league. Would be nice if you could help me out.

And need help how to craft a good titanium shield ? i play in standart league, never knew how to craft a good items by my self anyone can help with that ?.
What fossils to use trying to get spell block , recover energy shield and 1 to level cold skills ?.

if i use head hunter with this build what would i have to adjust to the min/max build?

Don't bother trying to play this build in Standard. The cost of any of these items in standard, if they exist, would be absurd. Without access to harvest, you can choose between average DPS + tanky or good DPS and being squishy AF. Its not a smooth, cheap or fun experience.

This build works in harvest because we can easily force on influence mods AND clean up the rest of the rolls very cheaply too. We can access, what would be considerd mirror tier items in any other league for as little as 10-15ex.

You can take a look at the top CI CoC Nova builds from Delirium league and see what I mean. At most they have high ES + -9% cold damage helmets, shields are either high ES with +1 cold spells OR high ES + recover ES% on block. In contrast, this guide tells you that you need high ES, socketed mana reservation, spell block, recover ES on block and +1 cold spells (or high cold damage%).

In short, if you want to play this build. Wait a month for all the items from harvest to make their way into standard and buy them.

i can't take any CoC build that doesn't have 100% crit chance on cyclone without flasks seriously. even with your end game GG gear you max out at 7 mil DPS because of this flaw. Not 10 mil because your cyclone is only criting 70% of the time. that is very nice. you spend mirrors on a build and all it can do is 7 mil DPS. no wonder lower level players are trying your build and failing. and probably spamming you with questions.

Really enjoying this build and appreciate the work that went into it. I will admit though I'm not fully understanding how some things work. I've read and reread the APS and CDR section (including the link) but it's still confusing to me. I'm also a little confused on getting my crit chance to 100%. I feel like a noob and could use some help understanding what needs to be changed, what I'm missing.
I know my belt could be better, I have a 5/20coc (not6), and I'm uncertain about my attack speed on my Cospris. Would love some help/feedback.

do you have rocks in your eyes bro. uncheck all the flasks then go to config and also remove conc ground because it comes from the flask and you end up with 70 something percent cyclone crit chance and below 70% for ice nova. and the way you calculate the maximum possible dps with this is to take the average hit damage of ice nova multiply by 2 then multiply again by your attacks per second on cyclone. that if your cyclone is actually hitting and criting 100% of the time which isn't the case here without the flasks.
