Curse on Hit modifiers (found on rings) are now mutually exclusive. This does not include ones obtained via item corruption.

The existing Splintering mod can now appear on lower-level bows and is more common. dude nobody wont craft even +1 arrow for rare bow lol. thats a waste of lines fk archnemesis. why would you do this to explosive arrow?
what's the point in increasing its duration now via passives,items and enchants? even the quality of a gem is increasing its duration. and now you made it obsolete. |

I read all 40+ pages of feedback just to check if there is something major I missed when reading notes myself. I will join the crowd - I am mystified. Nobody reads long posts so I will keep mine short and temper low
I can understand if GGG wants to keep power creep under control and while introducing new (obviously stronger to have any impact) elements at the same time nerfs those at the time above average. I could even imagine such an approach could level the board releasing underpowered skills and mechanics from utter oblivion. Still, it would imply some analyzing on GGG side…. and here is where my curiosity spikes. It seems to me than rather than analyzing data and correcting when imbalance is clear, GGG team just watches streamers and reads some redditers, following with blind nerf hammer … and then every aspect of given skill/ mechanics is gutted. Pretty often nerf hammer hits not where imbalance is apparent… or its non-surgical characters wrecks landscape in areas that were far from meta before giving nothing in exchange. Moreover, the gap between meta and virtually unused skills is so big, even after nerfs noone but the current fans will use those underdogs I, along with most ppl complaining in this thread, will join the new league on Friday. I will do it hoping, that the league mechanics will not be overtuned and jewels drops and RNG will compensate for the nerfs in notes… And, what is most important, when asked about best games to play, I will rather say ‘well, I play POE because I found no better alternative even though I don’t like the direction it follows in the last several months’ than ‘I play POE, it’s a great game, you should try it’. Hardly something that will attract new players. With little ambassadors and mechanics increasingly catering for no-lifers, I have no idea what is GGG business model. I can well imagine genre purity is important and even that no-lifers have deep coffers but with limited inflow of new no-lifers candidates and attracting broad micro-payers audience, game growth potential is limited.
