Path of nerfs...
Nerfing necro-builds was a good change. Minion builds were cancer of PoE last leagues. Other ners, especially unique items nerfs are bad idea. Nerfes to crafting, nerfes to mods, nerf to The Temple of Atzoatl, Delve is nerfed again due to reduced fossil craft performance. Those changes are annoying. I am not very happy with most of nerfs proposed. There are maybe 100 possible active skills and based on them builds that could be used... and they are not usable due to nerfs in the past (GGG used to nerf things to the ground and there is a very little or no chance that too strong nerf would be removed or adjusted quickly). There will be again only few viable meta-builds which will be able to deal efficiently with a league content and other ones will be too week or at least too expensive to be enjoyed by majority of players. The game balance is important and there should be a better diversity of builds. Seeing Path Notes - this will not happen. GGG shows again that game mechanics is not well tested before new content is released. There should be a beta-testing of new changes at least 3 weeks before new league starts, not by only few pro-players/streamers/no-lifers and maybe some GGG employees. There should be beta-servers for few thousands of random players - everybody should be asked for beta-testing participation and there should be randomly chosen pool of testers from people willing to try a new content. Then most of bugs and improper balance changes could be fixed before new league release. It would be also great to release 3 instead of 4 leagues per annum - there would be more time to prepare a better, more stable and more consistent release. This time will be as usual - we will have 1 month to fix major problems and another month to polish minor bugs. It seems that there will be again a game almost ready to play, when there will stay only 10% of people playing last weeks. Moreover, the game is already off-putting to many new players because it is too bloated, complicated (lots of things are just unclear) and covers too many layers of RNG over RNG. New players are essential because they will provide more money for a game developer, so devs could employ more people and we all could enjoy a better quality of a game (lots of things are still not done or done in a very untidy way, I guess there is insufficient manpower in GGG, especially in the area of code writers... I know - programmers are expensive...). The new league does not look like any progress in this matter. In my opinion the game will continue it's direction to make potential new players be not interested or in best case to be discouraged with the game after few hours or days of play. |

"No good, Doryani's Fist are gloves, and if you're wearing gloves you're not Unencumbered. |

" Hollow Palm Technique You count as Dual Wielding while you are Unencumbered 60% more Attack Speed while you are Unencumbered 14 to 20 Added Attack Physical Damage per 10 Dexterity while you are Unencumbered (You are Unencumbered while you have no Equipped Gloves, Main Hand Item, or Off Hand Item) "The mastodons of yore were each born with two weapons greater than any sword. " This isn't difficult. No X, Y, or Z means you have to have neither of them. All three slots have to be empty. |

Fixed a rare crash caused by Insanity.
hey, WTF is Insanity? |

The "Citaqualotl's" one-handed weapon modifiers now grant 50 to 66% increased damage dealt by your minions (from 70 to 74%). The two-handed weapon versions now grant 85 to 94% increased damage dealt by your minions (from 105 to 110%). You can use a Divine Orb on existing weapons if you're sick of how strong your minion build is.
Are these GGG employees are retards or taking a stand-up course? Because funny they really are not... Shaper's Touch now grants +1 maximum mana per 4 Strength (from 2 maximum mana per 4 Strength), and 1% increased Energy Shield per 10 Strength (from 2% increased Energy Shield per 10 Strength). You can use a Divine Orb on existing versions if you feel it is unethical to have that much Mana and Energy Shield (because it is). Who said it is not ethical? Your mother? =) Last edited by NNeto#5747 on Mar 11, 2020, 1:36:56 PM

" Am i reading it wrong? It should end with a "and" logic condition for them to be all empty for the node to work, like X(e) and Y(e) and Z(e) = buff In the description it sounds more like Not X or Not Y or Not Z = buff Last edited by DarkerThanTheOtherOne#0230 on Mar 11, 2020, 12:17:09 PM

" These are not atlas-influenced monsters I believe, so they should be unchanged. |

" Well they confirmed that all three conditions have to be met. I assumed its a mistake in wording. Edit: " Last edited by mrkid0612#5914 on Mar 11, 2020, 12:24:26 PM
