Well I can download and update other games on steam. So no idea tbh. Just gonna leave it for an hour or so.

Definitely not able to update / login via Epic -- stuck on 3.24.2 with the "There has been a patch that you need to up to. Please restart Path of Exile." message.

alright now im on 3.4.2 and it thrown me back in the loop

It's fixed, I'm on 3.24.2 and still getting the error that I'm on the wrong version.
