Account locked Help

Day 57 still locked.........

Day 12 of being locked. however, i recently got a response from support about the other issue I reported!
12/10/24: Sent mail to GGG on the shipping of my hoodie/shirt
12/13/24: GGG responded asking for details
12/23/24: I sent a follow up mail
12/26/24: Item is delivered(I placed my order 12/6)
01/20/25: Account got locked. Email sent to GGG for support
01/20/25: GGG responded asking for details in which I've provided in my initial mail
01/30/25: GGG responded on the hoodie/shirt concern and to check the shipping status on a certain link

I don't know how they are tracking all the issues...

Thats great because on my main they said i opted out, prolly because it was a steam purchase, even though the credit card has my address on it.

im also locked, for trading a friend - so thats fucking neat.
and im so damn worried and have so little faith in GGG as a poe 1 player,
i straight gave up.

this account is exclusively for complaining now.

It's been 2 weeks after my account has been locked. Email to support has been sent yet I have yet to get a response.

I made another one just so I can post here.

Is support really just ignoring us?

Both games were fun but being locked out for this long without any feedback from support is frustrating. Knowing that I have been supporting them with supporter packs and boxes infuriates me more so. It feels like I've been taken advantage of. If only I can get back all the money I spent on this game for the last few years.

Day 58 still locked

Im at 3 weeks since I was hacked from the data breach with my account locked. One automated response asking questions I already answered. Absolutely disgraceful and they should be sued in my opinion, this cant be legal. Just completely ignoring locked accounts that have thousands of dollars spent on them, when it was their data breach.

Have lost all faith in GGG and just remember all Tencent own them now so big corporation do not acre about us.

My acc has been locked since Jan 6th
I emailed support immediately
I got an email about 1 week after the lock asking for characters and my account name with the determinator (which luckily i had screenshot from a purchase on the poe2 site, otherwise how am I supposed to get the 4 digit number after my acc name if I can't log into the site because it's locked? ridiculous)
I answer that quickly and now it's been another 3 weeks of no answer. I emailed a couple follow up attempts but no reply.
Please dear lord I don't even know what I did wrong. At least tell me why my account is locked. Was it something I said in chat? If so is a 30 day ban really fair?
It happened literally 1 day after I bought some points for stash tabs and I made sure the purchase went through with no problem. I thought maybe my acc got locked because of my purchase, but there was no issue with the transaction.
I was also grouping with people the previous night, doing maps together, and one guy had a crazy CoC build that kept crashing the instance, so maybe that looked suspicious like he was trying to duplicate items or something, but I swear that's not what happened at all, he just had so many spell effects and such it was causing issues. I don't know why but everyone would d/c like during a breach and such.

The only other thing I can think of is the day I got my account locked, someone was in global chat named GhislaineMaxwell - and I made a comment about Epstein when they said something. Does the word "Epstein" instantly get my account locked? I wish I never said anything and going forward into the future I won't say anything in global ever again in case of this, but please I hope you guys get through your support backlog soon.

I had crafted some GG caster boots that I showed some friends on discord and someone wants to pay me 50 divines for them STILL, a month later, and I would really like to be able to log in and make the trade!!!

Day 55 since Account lock.
Current wait time for them to handle my last Mail: 26 Days.
This is stupid. 26 Days for one Mail.
Every Mail i send it takes longer for them to respond. (Not sending another one since it gets queue reset lol)
