Account locked Help

Day 14 still locked

day 34 still locked

My account has been locked for 8 days now with no reply. No information why, no idea if I'm banned or why or what happened, no response from support. Each topic I make about it gets moved or deleted, and forum replies are obviously not helpful.

This thread should be an embarrassment to GGG. That there is not someone here directly replying to and helping resolve these account lock issues is a colossal fuckup. I spent 200 dollars on supporter packs and my account was just taken for my without warning and for no reason. If my account issue isn't resolved, my bank is going to get my money back and GGG will lose any and all recommendations they could've gotten through me in the future.

This is completely unacceptable.

Guys at this point if you want to play poe2 you have 1 option (buy new package with acess on new account) ive seen people dont recieve any emails since start of december. If you think they read forum's they did not. It's just pointless to calculate your days in thread.

Day 60 still locked

I've seen some discussions outside this forum where players in the same situation are trying to get more visibility on this issue.
If you're still locked out and waiting for a response, it might help to look at ongoing conversations on social platforms and see how others are approaching it. Sometimes, issues get noticed faster that way. #UnlockOurAccounts

When was the last time the support responded to you guys? (Not including the first response)
