Auction House when?
" Yes, it isn't in the game. But that is how an AH would work. We just got an automated sales booth. It ain't perfect, but it's a step forward. Don't call it an auction house when it is clearly not an auction house. You're writng as if noone checked prices during the years before. I assure you, they did that a lot. How do you think the poe trade macro(and it's derivatives) came to be? |

" You are stating obvious, as I said checking prices for every and each item that drops is boring and takes unnecessary time. They made AH, yes now how can make it even better, that is what it is all about. When they can make all that, they need in game price checking or like bid feature, instead of us needing to download 3rd party mods for it. Jeez can you guys stop crying no one is attacking your sweet AH. Last edited by Burn4#0434 on Aug 27, 2025, 6:47:51 AM

" https://www.pathofexile.com/forum/view-thread/3718213/page/72 Please take a moment to read what I wrote below. I won’t waste any more of my breath on your nonsense, sir. |

It's amazing how people make up problems like it's the end of the world. If someone can't be bothered to do an item search and see what an item is worth... then they are listing it for what they think they will be happy to get for it.
If someone else buys that item and lists it for a higher price... well that's how it works. |

" say no more sir, people are just... weird... |

Sorry fellas, Its a repost but I feel I have to. Becouse I see brain dead or evil characters all around...
'' REPOST Honestly, I really don’t understand all the complaints going around right now. Not long ago, we were the ones asking for changes with solid, valid reasons. We were the ones pointing out the flaws and demanding improvements. And now that we finally got a system that directly addresses the biggest pain point, instant trade availability and offline trade, instead of appreciating that, some people immediately start whining again. This new system may not be flawless, but let’s be realistic: no system ever is at launch. What matters is that it solves the most crucial problem players have struggled with for years. Being able to trade instantly and even while offline is a game changer, something that countless players have been asking for. On top of that, adding a cooldown on removing items is actually a clever move against price fixing, which has always been one of the dirtiest issues in the market. And here’s another important reminder: the old system is still going to be there. Nobody is forcing anyone to give it up, so nothing is being taken away from you. We’re only gaining more options, and more flexibility. That’s why I think it’s way too early, and honestly quite unfair, to start throwing negativity before even trying it out. We should first experience it, test it thoroughly, and then give constructive feedback based on actual usage, not on assumptions or worst-case scenarios in our heads. Talking negatively without giving it a chance either shows impatience, or makes it look like there are other intentions behind the criticism. For me personally, I’m happy with what we have so far. It’s a step in the right direction. And like with every system, it can be polished and improved over time, but only if we approach it with fairness and support rather than blind negativity. So instead of being stuck in endless complaints, let’s try it out, see how it actually works in practice, and then discuss how it can be refined further. That’s the constructive approach, and that’s how we’ll get the best possible system in the long run.'' |
