You have now had my account falsely locked for over 3 weeks; your support process has been utterly useless and downright pathetic. I have explained what happened and went back and forth with your company endlessly. You have crossed the line from being unfair and now breaking the law in my country, you are failing to provide the service which I have paid for, you are not providing proper support, your payment processor is also complicit in this as I have reached out to them also. You are now leaving me no choice to solve this issue.
I have now sent support over 40 messages and provided all the necessary details they would need to resolve this matter. It has gotten to the point now where I am being treated unfairly and now illegally. The failure of service and failure to provide any actionable support is disgraceful. For anyone else who has had their account unfairly locked or is having issues with support, please get in touch, as I will be looking into a higher level of handling this situation. To answer any questions people may have my account was locked because I was testing out RMT spam messages in my own hideout/local chat. The reason I was doing this was to develop a simple community tool like many others that would automatically flag RMT messages and from their users could choose what they would like to happen. This does not do anything any other community tool does not already do and only interacts with the Client.txt file. My account was then automatically locked for testing this out, and since then, I have been emailing to explain my case. While I was waiting about a week and a half you posted your update stating how busy the support team is and how you have cut emails and to not email again. I emailed the day after this and funnily enough got a response from Rajiv that was never replied to again: [Removed by Support] So FYI to everyone using community tools they are in violation of TOS, anybody that reverses the game to create their tools and users who use them are in violation of TOS, so POB, any trading tool, or trading site, so basically what Kieran is implying anyone who does anything to better the community and longevity of the game Is to be banned. This message also provided no actionable help or response. And you bet it, Kieran decided to not respond to any further follow up emails. Something needs to happen here, I may come across as the person in the wrong but all I was doing was building a community tool to combat RMT messages and spam thinking that this was ok due to all the other tools out there. I feel like Kieran is talking down to me rather then providing support and has now made the choice to stop responding to me. There is nothing fair or legal about any of this discourse. I expect a resolution or a full refund of all payments made on my account, the fact that I have to make a new account to post on here is disgusting. Lock me out of my account that has all my payment invoices, guess what that is not legal :) I also requested this data from your support and you failed to comply, you are also in breach of data protection laws. Bro they dont care its not a ticket issue they are keeping our accounts locked for one reason or another, I sent a new email the other day and in 10 hours they responded telling me to wait for someone to respond to the original email chain. 10 hours but they claim to be backed up.... they are screwing us to hide there problems and it wont be fixed until they fix the leak and issues.

Their stupid moderation chat system not only mute but also locked my account. Sent an email immediately and still waiting for a month now since initial request for more info, which I included a lot of information regarding to my account in first place.
