Thank you for being an uninformed shill, who did not read the post. As stated previously I sent 10+ emails within 6 days to POE and received no response. On day 8 I sent an email and received a reply to that NEW email within a few hours. The support message they put out was a complete lie and sham and if you think anyfucking system pushes people back for support processes you are grossly misinformed. That is not how support or ticketing systems work, they are dealt with by date opened and their is a target to complete and close an overall ticket not by a singular response.
As soon as you guys get refunded, you’ve learned your lesson. Never supporting this company again. How do you drop the ball so hard by treating customers who give you hundreds of dollars so poorly? It’s actually so counterintuitive [Removed by Support] that it boggles my mind. I am also waiting on a reply from support for exactly 21 days now.

In a previous message above I explain the same issue I am dealing with, unable to get valid invoices or records of payments made, payment processors such as steam and XSolla, to Paypal to your bank. There are a lot of entities involved all who truly don't give a shit. It is definitely a big problem and POE have shown their colours now as a company!

Luckily I am not addicted and am able to just move on. Including my 240 EUR pack I spent a lot of money on stash tabs, 2 or 3 skins. I guess it was about 500 EUR (or more). LOL. I have NEVER spent that much money on any game ever. I guess I was in love with GGG and started whaling.
Imo as a company you have to hard differentiate between "AAA-customers" aka the whales to keep them happy and the plankton. I know this is silly and I dont like that metaphor... But in any other business it is key to treat your premium customers with extra juice and priority to keep milking them.
Welp, in the end I am lucky that I just gave up and moved on. Certainly not coming back UNLESS GGG sends me my physical goods (hand-signed with apology from CEOs), refund all my money and give me astramentis.
And because that will never happen I have certainly learned my lesson and in the end GGG did me a favor to show their true face on how they handle their (whale) customers.

Yep I totally agree, also have heavily invested money and time and there was an element of addiction in there. But over time I have flipped my view and now I am extremely disappointed and cautious of this company. They have lost 1000s of high value users which they will notice in time.
