Yep pretty much same story, I got flagged while testing something for a community tool, and now we are pushing just over 3 weeks with no real support, before the soviet state redacted my messages, you could see exactly what the support had said to me. I also find it hilarious they consider this private communication when the communication is not under any agreed terms, I am sending to a public and open email which they choose to reply to, This data that has been sent to me in the form of an email is now my data to choose what I do with. They have no right to censor me.

Yeah if you check my comment above this one, they censored the post and redacted the messages from support I shared here. It is an absolute joke and in total I have had 3 support replies, and all utterly useless with no sympathy, no aim to resolve the situation, they do not care. I have sent now most likely over 40 separate emails, everything they say about don't send more is not true, I sent one on a random day and got a reply same day when 10 previous emails left unanswered. The support agents are not doing their job nor do they care to fix your issue.

The support/moderation team on here redacted my post within 30 seconds of it being uploaded, instead of just doing an actual support role they have more time and resources to redact their fuck ups!
They are just cashing in money but the Steam-POE sync is almost non existent so purchases go into the void. I don't think they have the infrastructure to track most of these issues we're encountering anyway, but they were happy to implement 500$ supporter packs. Completely disgusting

Yes it is just the pure lack of support, they have now crossed the threshold for gross misconduct in my region and are in violation. I want to either get my account back or be issued full refunds, currently as it stands nothing Is happening and they are leaving us with no choice of what next action to take.

100%, they have crossed multiple lines now and seem to not give a shit!
2 Month past still waiting they end up unlocking my account, contact GGG support was probably the biggest mistake i ever done in POE, hopefully we never had to deal with GGG support again.
