Legal advice? No necessary, just contact your bank and get your money back. Depending on your country, the process is usually just 1. Did you try to solve the issue with the merchant directly? 2. Did they ignore you? 3. Okay heres your money back via chargeback. I'm giving GGG maybe another week at most before I just get my money back and say ciao forever.

I've had the same issue for about a month. It is indeed shameful. The more time passes by the less that early access payment is worth. Kind of defeats the purpose of paying for a game that gets closer and closer to being free...
I realize I have no insight on how this is handled or what's needed for a fix but setting an account to having access can't be a one month problem right? |

Unfortunately I have bought and upgraded to the supporter pack via steam.
TLDR: If I go to my bank I have to deal first with PayPal and then Steam to explain the situation. For me thats no solution. My solution is: I gave up, stopped playing their game and deffo my last money I throw blindly out of my window for the hope there are still non-greedy gaming companies out there. I guess you never stop learning. | |
Stop sending them emails... you get sent to the bottom of the queue EVERY time you send a new email.

Also what is increasingly strange since I started this whole process with Xsolla as well the payments no longer show on my bank, but no money has been refunded/recredited. I am telling you they are crossing the line. Also when it comes to the legality of the situation we are well over our right to refund dates and the situation will be met with a simple you were locked for a reason against TOS. Even if that reason is unfair or wrong/mistake it does not matter. The bank has to confer with Xsolla who are not dealing with the problem at all. The legal part of this is the actual lines they have crossed now which within the UK would be: - Violation of Consumer Protection Laws -- Failure to provide adequate customer support -- Misrepresentation of Services - Breach of Contract -- Restricting access to the service of which I have paid for - Unfair Commercial Practices -- Lack of transparency on the account lock -- Unfair treatment, you ignored my earlier support requests and replied to most recent ones - Consume Rights Act 2015: -- You must refund or resolve issues related to services - Violation of Data Protection and Retention Rules -- You prove by failure to confirm receipt of action, that you are mishandling personal data and are in violation of GDPR - Financial Mismanagement: -- Your company has taken payment but not provided or promised the service or a resolution to the servicve. |

" In a previous message above I explain the same issue I am dealing with, unable to get valid invoices or records of payments made, payment processors such as steam and XSolla, to Paypal to your bank. There are a lot of entities involved all who truly don't give a shit. It is definitely a big problem and POE have shown their colours now as a company! |
