Bring back 30% quality

if i count correctly i have 21 characters over lvl 94 in Settlers (necro + phrecia)

i have found exactly ZERO 30% items (and i ding ALL bases, even the lowest tiers if they are 26%+)

i understand that 30% is powerful, but instead of current system when it is bs rare, just make 25% max and up the drops slightly
I do not really get it, the new quality system is in 90%+ of cases strictly better with 20% than the old with 30%, except for Harvest enchants on weapons (or do I overlook something else?). If this is the problem, adjust the Harvest enchants to the new 20% max instead of the old 30% max.

Otherwise, we now have incredibly rare bases which are worth Sacred Orbs and Crafting, what is wrong with that?
+1
The only 30% item I found was during Phrecia league and it was a 30% Prismatic Tincture.

Would be nice to have easy ways of getting 30% quality or close to it on items again like the perfect fossil.
Bring back 30% quality'? Bring back what? It still exists, just made rare on purpose due to its power. Wild how quality got a huge buff in 3.25, the new default 20% everyone can get without thinking is already equal to or better than the old 30%, except for a few rare cases like certain Harvest enchants.

Overall, it’s a massive buff. But people are still upset they can’t slap 30% on everything for free. Like... just because 30% quality items exist doesn’t mean it’s supposed to be the standard baseline.
It's aspirational crafting, not a given. They gave players more power by default, and now individuals are upset because they can’t max quality out effortlessly for even more player power? Come on, stop being so greedy lmao

Its way too rare, people are not being greedy. They are being reasonable. Its bad that the only way to get high-quality bases is to "just drop them" from random enemies. And nobody wants to corrupt their flask and lose quality on it especially if its a unique one that costs a lot of currency.

This is an L take. Betrayal quality system was much better than how it is now.
Never forget the Alt Qual Gem deletion, the Ex > Div swap and loss of various crafting methods.

Revive Metamorph/Crucible. Refine Sentinel/Kalandra content. Bring back legacy modifiers/values.

Where's my EShroud buff?
you will find 1000 magebloods before than one 26-30% quality item for your build. so yeah not balanced ^^
I've played a lot this patch and only a handful (like 3) of 28% quality items have dropped. Like sid, not a single 30%.

They’re supposed to be rare after the massive buff, meant for actual endgame min-maxing, not freebies for anyone who wants more power without effort. If you're upset about access, it's less about fairness and more about FOMO or plain old greed. You can literally hop on trade, throw a few divines, and start crafting like everyone else working on their min-maxed projects with hand-picked bases.

The 30% is nice, sure, but if you’re not even at the point where giga min-maxing matters, and where you can comfortably afford a base or unique flask for crafting—why pretend it does? Honestly, it just feels like some people can't comprehend a very reasonable change made around the buff and just want even more power handed to them on a silver plate.

Define 'better.' Because 30% was easier to get? People forget quality got buffed to the point where today’s 20% outperforms the old 30% in most cases. So it’s either FOMO over the also now even stronger 30% being out of reach, or just plain greed for more player power.

hehe so you think the only two options are "free to everyone, dropping like candy" and "rarer than a mirror of kalandra"? Do you see how silly that sounds?

They are TOO rare for what they do. 10% more on a BASE item (before you actually have to spend tons of currency to craft it to a min/max state) is not as game breakingly powerful as you describe, nor does it justify its rarity.
Starting anew....with PoE 2
