Bring back 30% quality

I totally get it if ggg does not want to bring back quality from betrayal. They are just way too extremely rare in 3.25 so should get a buff in drop rate for sure.

The most annoying change about the quality is the cost to 6l armour/weapons. That was a trade off we got for the buff the numerical value per quality. We still lost linking power unless you farm beasts.

In ssf beast farming is the fastest way to get the right 6l hands down. Outside of heist perhaps but I didn't find heist as useful this league because you don't really get gold or ore there. You can get lucky with boats too but you don't always get the right base just like heist.
