Your issue is one of severe packet loss, emerging here;

|xe-2-1-0-2001.mx480-n4-sjp.n4telecom.com.br - 0 | 352 | 352 | 1 | 3 | 35 | 3 |

| ae3.dar04.sao01.networklayer.com - 15 | 223 | 190 | 12 | 15 | 70 | 14 |

Out of interest, when you use a VPN (e.g. Proton's free plan), does that resolve the issue by routing you around the problem, or do you still have the same symptoms?

(When testing with a VPN, connect to whichever of Path of Exile's various gateways happens to be closest to the VPN node you're using.)

I'm not seeing any packet loss here.

It's really a very short test - but it does already show latency as high as 143 ms to networking equipment in your own home. That's really quite disastrously poor.

Are you using WiFi, or a powerline adapter kit? Would using an Ethernet cable be possible, even just on a one-off basis for testing purposes so we have more information to go on?

There is awful packet loss plaguing your connection immediately after your router. Try performing a Power Cycle - if the issue persists, please post a new WinMTR log.

Just tested this out using Mudfish as I had it installed, connected to a Sao Paulo node in it and logged in on the Sao Paulo realm ingame. Opened up a map and ran/spammed skills for a minute, no spikes whatsoever.

Logged out, turned off Mudfish and as soon as I logged back in on the Karui Shores, I already saw the spikes, entered the same map and the spikes persisted. So yeah using a VPN seems to resolve the issue.

Also to clarify about my ISP - they told me they simulated routes to the game's IP from various locations and all of them were having issues. I was told it could be a game or firewall issue, but both PoEs are already allowed on my end, and I even tested by blocking them but no change.

The first hop reporting packet loss belongs to Brazilian Internet Steering Committee / Comitê Gestor da Internet no Brasil. It's possible the problem lies directly before it - if so, they appear to be called N4 Telecom. Unfortunately, this might be a case of just waiting for a solution.

N4 Telecom is in my region so yeah that could be it for sure. Thank you for the detailed info, I will look more into it and maybe send this info to my ISP again to see if they have any connection with them. Cheers.
No worries!

I have lost another guardian map because instance just wont load, ping spikes to enormous amount - do you have a fix for this too? Or will you just say that you or your servers providers did nothing wrong and those problems are in our imagination? :)
Is there an official statement regarding these issues at all?

Responding like this is an insular problem with someone using a wlan connection is frankly preposterous, when looking at the last few pages of this thread.
This is probably the biggest thread this season and the fact that no support from ggg ever addressed this shit is crazy atleast tell us that u know the problem exists and you're working on a fix or something.
