Corrupted strong boxes

So recently I found a white strong box so I used a transmute on it as I did i saw i had a vaal orb in my inventory so I decided to see if I could use it on a strong box, you can. all the items that dropped were corrupted.
I got 3 items with white sockets and a plate that had 'cannot be knocked back' So has anyone else done this and if so did you get anything cool? Last bumped on Jan 10, 2025, 5:21:34 AM

I wouldn't dare unless a box also has "Contains Identified Items", otherwise you're likely to end up with a corrupted item you can't identify

I guess it would be too pointless to 'supply' unidentified corrupted items ^^

I corrupted a rare gemcutter's strongbox and got a bunch of misc gems of various levels and qualities including:
(The Vaal gem popped out at 5% and lvl 8 I think) Hadst thou established thine humble abode 'neath a boulder?

With maps its only a minor issue (cant reroll) but its even possible to USE them unidentified. With wearable equip its acomplete different story... ^^
