Hi currently levelling a ranger and following build 1 - standard TS build - so far i love it.
I just have 2 questions! 1) when are do you think you will post build 3 - the scion doomfletch build - this is the build I want to transition too once i have some gear! 2) do you plan to add a section regarding gems? I dont know what level I should level my gems! Absolutely love the builds youve posted and love your loot filter! Cheers! |

Guys few tips here about mana and life:
Essence sap for mana leech - enough to fire unlimited t/s (40mana) as long u hit mob not the wall Vilality void - enough to leech hp to full life without vaal pack (i have 4700hp as long i hit pack of mobs i gain life back 3-4 in 3-4 hits) of course this is not enough for boss fight not unless u equip life gain on hit on the prepared skill but still if boss summons pack of mobs u dont need to bother on using flask just blast on those mobs they u gain full hp. Regarding ascendancy: To be honest @lvl88 im did only cruel lab and go straight for +frenzy ascendancy. I feel fine but if i want more dps then i will do merc and uber lab to get elemental penetration acendancy. New : curse on hit+ elemental weakness+ power charge on crit (this makes assasins mark totally not needed anymore) + concentrated effect + blast rain (if u can get 6L then better but even without still this 5L is best for me) CWDT: +immortal call+blood rage+ (Anything u want) +phase run(youll become invisible and able to retreat safely to safe position) Auras: for 3 months nothing beats hatred and herald of ice for me. H Gears tested after 3.0 release: Bow - lioneyes. Cheap and beats my 420 dps bow. Never feel scared of elemental reflects just keep eye on your hp Quiver - signal fire - best in slot for 50 chaos Body armour - for me lightning coil (if u can get relic would be better but very expensive but so fat 30% still better that the following) tested comparison with daressos, belly of the beast, queen of forest, kintsugi. Helm - rats nets still the best for me give more dps Gloves - maligaros still the best for me give more dps Boots - atziris still the best for me but since i need resistance for lightning coil i go for rare Belt. Rings. Amu. - rare with high life, resistance and flat dmg or crits. Enchants: Helm - secondary or 40% damage to tornado shot Gloves - commandment of fury or spite Boots - 45-65 cold damage or 16% attack speed. Best one for me so far. Focus on 1. max resistance 2. More hp and 3. More dmage. Happy gaming guys. |

Hey I've been using this build since league start. I'm now lvl 87 and it's a blast. DPS with flasks + 7 frenzy charges and lioneye's glare shows 36-37K and I have about 4.6K life using a Belly of the beast.
Like a lot of people mentioned: clearing trough packs ain't a problem but bosses on the other hand... Getting one banged is a thing so often times when I run a map where I know the boss is super tanky (or chaos damaging) I just skip the boss and kill all the regular mobs. For the people complaining about mana issues: Yes there are mana issues but once you get enough dps at higher levels you'll have none. (No mana flask here) One more thing... It's pretty much essential to use the ice golem and flasks at all times. |

Additional from above mentioned.
Blink arrow+ice golem+faster attack + anything u want (i put increase suration or blind) With those setup youll have 4 sockets free. For me i standy endeeble and temporal chain for boss (depends whats needed) and 2 more free sockets just for upgrading gems for selling lol. @jurasicpark - i will go for ts+ Gmp+ elemental damage+ ptl+ Added cold+ faster attack or ppd or added chaos or actually i dont know hahhaa i never think of going 6L as im happy having 5L but really i guess faster attack. |

" the best setup depends on your gear, check path of building for your current / desirable gear. Since you want a different answer: Tornado Shot - GMP - PTL - WED - x - dmg on full life x: for map clear added lightning, for bosses ele focus. Dmg on full life would be the 6l. |

Such an achievement men. Yes bosses hp @3.0 are buff as result they wont fall down fast unlike before. Normally it took me 4-5mins killing T10 rare map boss as the i need to keep avoiding his chaos damage and also good that he spam minions it help to kept hp leech constantly. Regarding my tooltip dps t/s is 13k with any buff, passive: all focus on hp nodes including full constitution passive nodes and phase those nodes are not covered yet in nerversink tree. I have no elemental penetration, zero heavy draw circle of nodes and zero frenzy nodes. I prioritize surviving hits over inflicting heavy hits as for now mobs are one shots (of course not poorjoys mobs it takes like 3-4 shots) as a result i manage survivability easily. Now that i can take damage i will focus now in dps passive nodes. HP tooltip 4800k, max res and 13k dps no buff :with lightning coil, rats nest and rare boots or atziris Hp tooltip 5700k 160 resistance and 9k dos no buff with belly of the beast, rare helmet and rate boots With buff and all roughly 22k dps. I believe if i fill in neversink dps tree will all buff power charges and frenzy i will go like 40-45k dps in my current gears. To be honest i played this before 3.0 i go full dps and medium hp but i like my thickness now low dps. For me low dps can manage with good positioning and playstyle also and i just did poorjoys no death on boss fight. |
