@morilumuka. This build can run any skill gem posted above neversinks guide. You can use LA, Split arrow or ice shot but its necessary to have another single target skill as its mainly very good for aoe dmg but not much for single target.
For your gem links its better to check placing those gem in socket then check you dps then choose among which show giving you more dps. I guess my verdict is your choice of skill+gmp+ptl+elemental+added cold+slower proj (the 5L is tested gives the more dps for me but 6L is just my verdict try it and see)
For passive regards ice nodes i feel that its better to go for those nodes suggeted first then if you have extra points left after taking full hp nodes ice dmage nodes is not a bad addition too.

Can someone tell me, what to improve next? I have problems with dealing dmg to bosses on T8+ maps.Also, on higher maps im one shoted.

It shows that you have done your homework with high HP and max resistance on gears and cast when damage taken set up nicely.
Having 1 shot is part of this game but it only happens in a very unfortunate times whereby a very unique mob appears on the map. Im not sure if you taken acrobatics and enough life on passive? Also try to lower down you cwdt to lvl1 set up it will reduce the duration but in return you will activate it more often.

My HP is around 3,7k~~ like now.
I'll check out to swap CWDT to 1lvl. Golem and IC should be also reduced to 1lvls?

I didnt look your tree yet as im using mobile phone difficult to copy paste link. But as you said 3.7k hp is low for me means your hp on gears didnt reflect much on you passive tree hp nodes. My advice is you need to balance your hp and damage also in passive tree. I feel that u dont have issue on dps so u need to invest in hp nodes in yoir tree to get at least 4.5k hp. @lvl 85+ by dps and hp balance ypu should reach at least 4.5k in your gear stated hp.
Yes indeed you need to reduce your golems lvl also in order for it to spawn in lvl 1 cwdt thats why normally golems are not included in cwdt link. Normally golems are link with blink arrow so what ever support you want to link woth your blink arrow golems will also benefit from it like increase duration, blind, faster attack or leech in that way you can lvl your golem and blink arrow to max.

Also u might wanna try to use enfeeble this gem reduces mobs damage by 30% and its alot to overlook. Yes we are running elememtal weakness or assasins mark but knowing when to use extra damage and reducing mobs damage is essential playstyle. It doesnt matter if you want to link enfeeble in cwdt, manual curse or curse on hit whats important is just to have it ready when u need it. 2 gems mostly overlook are decoy totem and enfeeble both are very strong gem and very handy if you have available sockets for it.

noob question. assuming im rolling as Scion, how do i generate them frenzy charges?
i noted the tree allocated quite a number of + frenzy

Ways to get frenzies are : Blood rage link to cwdt, Ice bite link to any attack skill, poacher's mark curse or frenzy attack skill. I suggest use bloodrage with cdwt.
