People go and search for builds simply because being creative in PoE is punishing and time consuming.

Seems some ppl create 100 builds(per season). Each under lvl 80 with gear for 5ex max. Geting bored/disapointed fast and hype over 'start all over again' development model. No fix for too fast lightning tendrils? If you combine spell echo and faster casting with lightning tendrils you will desynch with every single cast, as the animation on the client seems to be faster then on the server. You can even get to situations where you are already moving in the client and still monsters get damaged by your tendrils and you actually are still standing still, even though you have moved like 5-10meters on the client. If i take faster casting off the problem disappears completely.

The only change I do not agree with, is the Acrobatics Nerf.

It needed a Buff to finally be considered "viable," not a Nerf.. Now no one will use it. >_<

People already disregard it for HC, this just puts the nail in the coffin.
(Though in my experience leveling a HC Acrobatics character was the easiest and most stress free leveling experience ever, just facetanked everything till Merciless for days..)

So all of those Items are gonna be Legacy, except Atziri's Acuity?

I knew they'd nerf Lightning Coil to 30%, did I call it or what? :P

Acrobatics was used on a fair amount of harccore ranged builds.

tornado shot evasion always takes acro since its free on the way and it strengthens ondars.
and tornadoshot is one of the most popular builds right now...

He obviously rerolls his chars. What's so hard for people to understand about that? I've been playing for almost 2 years now, but I only have 2 chars myself - one is lvl40something Mara, and the other is my lvl61 Witch. I constantly reroll chars because I'm trying to learn how to play the game. Guess what - I now know enough to where I can get this far with my chars. When I reach a point where the game gets too difficult for the knowledge I have, I will reroll, think of a different approach, and run those characters until I hit the brick wall, and the process will repeat itself.

Each of us learns the game in our own ways.

The CoC thing is...weird. For some attacks it probably won't matter....up to a point. Barrage may not even notice it until about a .4 second attack speed, if I understand the mechanics of barrage right. But after that? Getting attack speed actually hurts your DPS, which is not obvious and makes no sense.

Why not justreduce the proc chance, or toss on a damage penalty? This just feels like a clunky solution meant to be and adjustment but turning into a nuke.

Of course it could also be tied to how CoC functions with the new wand skill. Wait and see I guess.
