Not sure overall what I think about the league, after seeing the nerf bat hit chaos conversion items I decided to buy Witcher3 and all the DLC instead of a supporter pack. I'll play casually but thank god I don't want the monkey... only pet I ever wanted and the one I can't get is a Kiwi.

Also, -1 to adding "support" word to support gems. Absolutely unneeded and unwarranted change, in the same row as map tiers.

I feel like 'balance' for GGG means kill the gem/build.
Let you know, i never played VMS or Vaal Spark. When i saw some streamer to play VMS i hate it. I say "omg this killing the game, sooo broken". BUT now... there is and another point of view. Why they listen whines and not only just nerf skill gems but they kill it instant. For example same happen with Cyclone. Who play Cyclone phys RT now? NO ONE... because is trash dmg even with high end weapons. Why instead givin/buffing some other useless skill gems they nerf so hard.
One more question. WHY so many ppl whine non stop agains some builds??? Like me for example to do this because i hate VMS after i saw it... doesn't make sense. Its not pvp game to someone farm you, I guess its because laddder.
I wanted to play Vaal Spark for 1st time... but they kill it. Its maybe 3rd nerf. These nerfs cause less possibilities and less fun, at least for me. But I guess someone will be "happy".

Is the merc reduced eq enchant nerf (from 30% to 20%) retrospective or not?

Due to balance changes, every existing character has been granted an optional full passive skill reset.
This process will also reset your allocated Ascendancy points.
To perform this operation, click the "Reset all Passives" button on the passive skill screen. Note that you must use this before allocating or refunding any other points otherwise the option will go away


I thought this was because there was changes to skill tree and ascendancy, yet none are listed. I guess this is just a rumour. Like everyone saying Scion is being nerfed, it aint in the patch notes, so its not true.
