If I have 2 Arcane Surge Gems in a 4-link setup, can both trigger separately?

Like, if one is a level 2 and triggers every 50 mana, and the other is a level 20 and triggers every 400 mana... will I get 8 lesser buffs and one greater buff every 400 mana spent?

1/ Does the Bloodlust Support gem work with an elemental attack like Ice Crash? Let's say I Leap Slam into a pack, causing some of them to bleed. Then I use Ice Crash (linked to Bloodlust). Will Ice Crash do more cold damage on the bleeding enemies?

2/ I equip 2 Winter Burial Jewels (50% damage converted to cold, makes cold damage AoE). Glacial Hammer now does only cold damage (no physical). It does the same damage to the target and surrounding enemies. If I link Melee Splash to Glacial Hammer, will I do even more damage to surrounding enemies?

3/ Scion's Raider ascendancy gives Onslaught on full frenzy charge but the onslaught icon is not shown anywhere. If I get another onslaught using the gem (this onslaught is shown in the top left corner of the screen), do I get 2 onslaughts? That would be 40% to attack/cast/move speed.

I am not GGG, but in Path of Exile, "reflect" is not the same as in other games like Final Fantasy, it does not prevent something from happening, it only says "if you cause something to me I will cause something to you." So, no Shock will be canceled.

If Arcane Surge works like most effects in the game, it will follow the rule of "you can have multiple instances, but only the strongest will be active at any time." So each skill will probably track separately and yes, you will activate the lesser buff 8 times (but only benefit from 1 "stack" at any given time), and then activate the greater buff, at which point the greater buff will be the active one and your 9th lesser buff will be on your character, doing nothing.

Hope that guess tides you over until we can hear from someone who has tested or who is Mark_GGG.

Is the RNG affect by the quantity of fusings that I use in sequence?

For example, if I use 300 fusings at once, its different that if I use 100 per hour in the next three hours?

Thanks, I'll probably test it myself later on today in a low level area. I'll report back in case anyone goes looking in the future.

i was bored leveling to 100, so i took my wanderer and put on nearly all the increased item quantity items in the game (Sadima's Touch; Perandus Blazon; Sentari's Answer; Goldwyrm & Bisco's Collar). All of them (except the Bisco's Collar) have a maxroll IIQ, so that i have 52 IIQ + ~95IIQ by slain normal enemys with my biscos. On top of that i finally made my zana to lvl 8 (what a hard way =/ ) so that i could run breach with my maps.
And now to the maps: like nearly everybody else i look for a headhunter or exalted orbs - so in my opinion shaped spider forest and vaults are the way to go. I chiseld all my maps to 20q and alched them so that i have at least one packsize mod. This maps with the zana breach mod and i should be fine. I dont want to complain about the shaped spider forest map and the doctor cards drop, because i know they are really really really rare.
But i want to talk about the vault maps: every 5th or 6th map i get a "the hoarder" card - which maybe sounds okaish for a map without 20q and packsize and breach. But i DO upgrade my maps like this and on top of this i have this huge amount of IIQ on my gear. When i watch other people playing the same maps (maybe without 20q and a packsize roll) they get waaaay more cards (and not just only the hoarder cards, abandoned wealth aswell!) without special IIQ gear. I know that i "could" use sextants on vault on top, but you only can use master cartographer sextants on vaults which are kind of rare and pretty expensive if u wanna replace them every three maps.

In my opinion i should get a lot more cards for that what i invest in this (and i did not run only 50 maps) - or at least i shouldnt lose currency; i should get at least the currency back which i invest into that maps, but i dont do it. Do i something wrong or does maybe my lvl (97) effect the drops in a negative way?

I told my guildmate about my issues and the run 10 vault maps without IIQ gear and without 20quality and without breach - he showed me his full set of the hoarder after his 10 maps. How can this be possible?

Did you compare atlases/maps with your guildmate? Have you tried running your maps, the way you've been doing it, together?

Have tried running the maps without all the fancy stuff, like your guildmate does, just for science?

I'm fairly new but I think that's what I would be trying. Good luck!

Quick question. Do damage over time effects like Blight and Essence Drain have their damage fixed at application ('snapshotted' to borrow another game's parlance), or will applying and losing buffs and debuffs (arcane surge, wither, vulnerability etc.) modify the effect of already applied DoTs?

I'm planning a frostbreath/dyadus build and I'm wondering if chill immunity is still a thing ?

Everybody seems to say some bosses are still chill immune in 3.0, yet in the "Balance Changes to Chill, Shock, and Charges" manifesto, Rory said "This means that we can now remove all Chill and Shock immunity from end-game boss encounters".

In the same context can bosses like atziri, guardians or shaper be ignited cause I'm starting to wonder ?
