I will give you this, GGG. This is hard done right. Arctic was hard done wrong. This is properly and truly savage, with appropriate rewards, arctic was merely annoying.

Agreed. Died at 17, happy with my 22 points. Death due to irl cat distraction =/

Was a lot of fun, plenty of challenge. I saw some people that wanted a whole league like this....ugh. No thanks. I'm not much of a restart after dying type, and all in all I'm surprised I had the tenacity to restart the 6 or 7 times I did.

Well fuck.... I have to say... this is fucking hard! My 2nd attempt looked pretty promising, killed Brutus and went on only to die by the filthy hands of a rare goat out of nowhere, insta freezing me...

First bunch of races I'm doing and it was fun until now, but this... well, only a few chosen ones will accomplish this I guess which makes me kinda sad :(

This would be 100 times more fun if there was just a little less damage. It's like 10x normal damage. You can play as safe as possible, run the same area over and over when you are overleveled and you just get crit once and it's game over. Not very fun imo.

Make some alts and gear up a main right away. The rewards alone in killing bosses makes the racing aspect of this less important.

Died in mud flats,
then died in ship graveyard to fairgraves,
3rd attempt went well, only died to malakai 1-shotting me with projectiles. Ran back to avoid fireballs but didn't see that he shoot explosive projectiles before and I ran directly into explosions xD


dropped with flat and AS, regaled 100% ipd xD
goldrim dropped in aqueducts when I was farming box

probably could've done it a little better if I didn't spend 10min farming gemcutters box, don't know why I did that.

So it turns out the only hard part of this was Izzy's GMP skeleton spam. That kind of messed up all the plans.

So melee ended up being far superior for this I think. lol!

I didn't feel skeletons at all, or are you talking about the lag when they were spawning? :p
