Path of Exile 2.4.0: Atlas of Worlds Patch Notes
" the friend don`t understand this game it`s not for doing the most OP build, is for creativity and individual development, for that is your feels, and respect for the customers? this means give to all their likes? no no, waste your precious time in another activity, the obstacles are not for you |

EQ nerf is ridiculous,Mjolner nerf is absurd...
"The GGG showed with these updates that they don't respect their customers." BaronCrovax ign.

"Remote Mine's damage modifier no longer affects damage over time."
nice, it was added later ? and this "Players at very high levels (95 and higher) now incur an additional experience penalty equal to 1 - ( 1 / ( 1 + 0.1 * ( level - 94 ) ) ). For example, a level 96 player receives 16.67% less experience than before." Last edited by m_a_c_k#0043 on Sep 1, 2016, 4:49:21 AM

@GGG, so the slayers "Impact" will be unchanged when it comes to melee splash? (Looking at you melee splash change!)
Trying to satisfy the whole PoE community is like telling a nymphomaniac to only have sex once in a week.
I think that's fairly accurate. :') |

" Let's take the facts You're talking that this game is about creativity and individual development You have 13 posts on this forum and none of them related to builds that you developed and wanted to share with community I can accept your words in case if you have a list of chars similar to what Mathil has. Characters that you developed, carefully planned and later shared with the community But all posts you have on this forum are just trolling Where is your creativity? Where is your individual development? I'm sure all chars that you have use mechanics invented by others. What obstacles are you talking? Have you invented your own build which you shared with community - it can be counted as the accepted challenge of the game and proof that you passed successfully through the obstacles. Otherwise it's just bla-bla-bla and trolling on forum. The other guy wrote pretty much the same: " He is asking me to invent a new build, while has only one char in his account which is lvl 85 and uses Voltaxic What a great and fresh build he invented! I'm sure he was fighting hard with the obstacles! Last edited by Helmsman527#7432 on Sep 1, 2016, 5:18:49 AM

What's the reasoning behind this change? Edit: To answer my own question. I suppose it's to counter the new ways of getting xp we get in the new expansion like tier 16s and shaped maps... Last edited by visibledark#0732 on Sep 1, 2016, 5:41:56 AM

Hmmm...seems to have died down finally (also GGG has now put another post up). So the final tally is 120 pages. K. I'll put this down as the new record and henceforth all new posts will be judged with it as the target.
Nice work, guys! :) Edit: Lol! Apparently not. :p Last edited by Exile009#1139 on Sep 1, 2016, 5:40:15 AM

" More high level maps (as well as T16 maps) being added, I imagine. Plus the folks who're planning on cheesing the Atlas so as to only get high lvl maps to drop by limiting their Atlas-completion. They really don't want too many people reaching lvl 100 (the reason being that the game is still considered incomplete), so this is to discourage that. Blizzard does something similar with every expansion of WoW by just raising the level cap, but that won't work in PoE owing to how the passive tree system works (raising level cap = more passive points = even more power creep), so they instead choose to make the highest levels much harder to achieve. The idea is that now players will just decide it's not worth it to go all the way to 100 due to this penalty. They'll probably remove it at some point in the (far!) future when they've added enough content (we'll probably only have 1 difficulty as well by that point).
