shouldnt we get master surgeon now that we have 8 asc points?

you say go for nature's adrenaline OR veteran bowyer so that makes me think that when you did that one part 4 labs wasnt a thing yet.

Master surgeon sucks, it give 1 charge to a random flask and has an internal CD on how often it can proc. When he said get either or he meant get whichever in Merc lab and get the other in uber.

So a few questions:

1. Onslaught support. This barely seems to be triggering for me, is there something better I can use? My Herald of Ice is so weak so it rarely gets the kill, usually it's the KB explosions.

2. Wouldn't point blank be pretty bad on KB mapclear? I always kill things like two screens away :P

3. I have all the crit chance nodes in the listed passive tree and a bunch on my gear, but I only have 44% chance to crit.. What's up with that?

1. It's just a nice thing that should proc a bit while map clearing, if it's not proccing for you kill bigger packs. I suppose you could throw an enlighten in there to help with mana but that's about it.

2. KB will clear just fine with point blank, clear isn't a problem it's single target on bosses.

3. 44% crit is about right I'd say, I have 37% with just ok gear. It you can fit a diamond flask in your effective crit will be 80%+.

using pretty subpar gear and was having a hard time getting past yellow maps... was running a blue racecourse last night and boom found a baron helm. immediately sold for 200 chaos and invested in dying sun and o.m.g what a difference... ran up to tier 14 last night with no problems.

Thanks so much for the build its incredibly fun and the upgrades are costly but well worth the investment :).

If you're looking for a good upgrade to save for then its dying sun.

like I said my gear is pretty sub par.

Thanks. Where would I fit a diamond flask in though? Life flask, vinktar, dying sun, stibnite, and jade are all pretty much irreplaceable.

New addition. :D
First of all, I love your build and I am having a great time playing it!

A bit of my experience from me with this build:

-Leveling was pretty smooth and easy even without leveling uniques.
-I did Normal/Cruel/Merciless Lab myself while leveling, no struggles there.
-Uber Lab I got carried since I didn't want to struggle with somewhat low 5L and No Dying Sun/Vinktars
DPS. After I got my Dying Sun I tried UberLab for myself and have been steamrolling it, It's actually
pretty farmable now.
-Mapping itself was very fun and easy. Bosses started to be a bit of a struggle in the higher tiers in
terms of my dmg later on, which was easily fixed by Dying Sun, now everything up to Tier 13 was smooth
(Don't have any higher maps yet)
-Upgrading gear felt really rewarding and good.
-Reached the point where upgrades are quite expensive (Helmet Enchant, 6L 5 Off-Color, Good Wand), but will passionately upgrade further.

That's somewhat the experience of a mediocre-experienced PoE Player

On a Sidenote: What do you guys think of the Artisan Jeweller's Method for QotF Coloring?

I've always wanted to build a wander for the past few leagues, and I'm deciding to go for it this time. I've been following the thread closely, and it seems that the item choices are pretty tight in order to perform.

I'm just leveling my character now, and I have approx. 300c to spend, and I'm trying to figure out where to spend big, and where not to. I'm guessing start with 5L QotF, rats nest, Atziri boots, pick up some crit/multi/resists on rings/amu, fill out resist/life on shield belt, and maybe pick up a vinktar with remaining? Am I thinking about this the right way?

Thanks for all the help! The advice in this thread that I have seen has been awesome.

I'm level 83 atm and have spent ~40c totally in harbinger/softcore, so pretty cheap to get 5L Qotf, rats, boots and "good but not opti" rings, amu etc.

The tricky part begins now to try and get the helmet enchant, the missing flasks and see how the hell I can get that 6L with the 5 offcolour.

Somehow I think that trying to craft it with the "with atleast"-method is a perfect way to waste ridiciosly amount of chromes.

OP has it in the guide to replace the jade with it at high gear levels, roll the diamond for of reflexes, with my gear now it takes me from 75% evasion to 68%. You could also roll bleeding on it and yolo with no life flask. Personally I'm using it as a stop gap since I have no vintar or dying sun yet for a dps boost.

You echo my feeling on the build, expensive but rewarding as you build it up. I did the Jeweler method for my Queen, still working on 6 linking it, for about 1k jewelers.

We did the math earlier in this post and assuming worst case it's about the same price as buying a 6 link and chroming it. I still say it's a good method that can be cheaper if you don't have horrible luck.
@Scarri

Thanks for taking care :)

And as promised a sexy Striptease of my Wander

Click if you are old enough
Any pros/cons with deciding to go Deadeye instead? I understand it'll be higher DPS, but for example, will you need to be more attentive and would recommend the use of a decoy totem while bossing? The reason I ask is that I'm not exactly a fan on relying on 100% uptime for flasks. (Feels Cheesy)

Thanks in advance :)
Hello, I finally got a 6 link queen today and now am able to do tier 13s so far pretty well. I was wondering what to aim for next on my gear?

Also, I was wondering if this wand would be better than a piscators?

Thank you for the build!
