Just swap out Atziri's Step's for rare's with Resists.

That's what i do.

So I followed guide pretty thoroughly and am having alot of fun! I followed tips you gave others from reading many many pages. Went on a crafting spree and now i'm not sure which gloves to use.
atm i'm using hate hand.

Oh and am I basically using a 5L because of blood rage and damage on full life?

I would use Corruption Clutches.
Accu. Life and Attack speed, really nice!

Yeah propably.. many tooltip hero's love the damage on full life gem, but forget the fact that you have to be full life all the time..

I'd ditch that for a more realistic Support gem.
